Orders are processed during our business hrs. Monday to Friday.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your purchase, followed by an e-mail update once your packet has been dispatched including your tracking number if applicable.


Due to the nature of body jewellery we cannot accept any returns on body jewellery. Please choose very carefully and make sure you are choosing the correct size and diameter/length of your jewellery. Please refer to diagrams in our Info page here

If however the jewellery arrives faulty due to a manufacturing error we will replace it, as long as it is in an unworn state. (e.g. The jewellery arrives and the stone has fallen out of its setting.)

We also do not cover damage resulting from action’s taken by yourself or others when installing, removing or attempting to repair your jewellery.
